But Jesus said, “Let the children come to me. Don’t stop them! For the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to those who are like these children.” Matthew 19:14
I am Tanja Walker Hill, the Director of Mount Hope Christian Academy, liturgical dancer, usher, mom and a servant/lover of God.
I grew up as a dependent of the military, or some may say a military brat, which allowed me to travel during my formative years. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences from Towson University and a Master of Education in Supervision and Administration from Bowie State University.
I have a passion for people, especially young people and persons with disabilities. My professional life has allowed many opportunities to work with children of all ages and levels in a variety of settings such as daycare, elementary, middle, high school, and behavioral health.
My spiritual gifts of mercy, hospitality, helps, and faith are my divine strength and enhance my ability to complete my current assignment that the Lord has given me as Director of Mount Hope Christian Academy.
