Our Core Values

Mission

At Mount Hope Christian Academy, our mission is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where children are nurtured and engaged in multi-sensory and multicultural activities that foster spiritual, intellectual, social-emotional, and physical development.

Philosophy

The philosophy of Mount Hope Christian Academy centers around a Christ-centered approach, rooted in the belief that all things are possible with God. We uphold the truth and relevance of God's Word in every aspect of life. We affirm that each person is purposefully and uniquely created, as stated in Ephesians 2:10: "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."

We foster intellectual curiosity and cultivate a love of learning in our students. Our programs are designed to empower children with a sense of independence and responsibility.

We strive to strengthen each child's cultural identity while instilling respect for others who may differ from them.

We recognize that parents play the most significant role in a child's life and are primarily responsible for their training. During a child's time at MHCA, our teachers act as representatives of the parents. It is vital for our teachers and parents to work closely together, forming a successful partnership. We encourage open and daily communication between parents and our dedicated Academy staff. Our doors are always open, symbolizing our commitment to fostering a supportive and collaborative community.

By embracing our mission and philosophy, Mount Hope Christian Academy aims to provide an exceptional educational experience that nurtures the whole child and prepares them for a purposeful and fulfilling life.
